Messages are transmitted over encrypted connections and delivered to our mailbox hosted by Infomaniak (Switzerland). Documents are accessible only to the staff and linguists working on your file and are bound by confidentiality. We keep correspondence and documents only as long as needed for the order and for legal accounting obligations, then delete them. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.
No tracking
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track visitors. Our hosting provider may keep technical server logs (such as IP addresses) for security purposes for a short period.
